  • 2 cups fresh peeled pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups melon chunks (cantaloupe, honeydew)
  • 1 mango or papaya, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries or blueberries)
  • 1 orange (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 orange (zested and juiced)
  • 1 lime (juiced and zested)
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh grated turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

To make the fruit salad, follow these steps:

  • Put all the fruit in a large bowl (except the berries if they are very soft).
  • Zest the lime and orange and add to the bowl.
